Meet Sonni
There was a time
I prayed for a space
like this.
I’m Sonni Pacheco, a mother of two, artist, certified sound healer and 9D Breathwork facilitator. My own experiences with anxiety and depression taught me that healing is rarely linear, and feeling safe, seen and supported can change everything. The Sanctuary grew from this belief and my desire to create the kind of space I once needed myself.
