Liberation is a 60-minute high-intensity 9D Breathwork experience designed to help you release what you have been carrying and reconnect with the strength to move forward.
The journey begins with gentle nasal breathing, giving you time to settle into your body before building into deep connected mouth breathing and sustained activation. Guided coaching explores resilience, survival, self-trust and the patterns that may once have protected you but no longer serve where you are going.
Rather than asking you to simply think differently about the past, Liberation creates a physical experience of moving through it. The final active push gives way to a slower nasal rhythm, allowing the body time to settle and integrate.
You can honor what helped you survive without letting it decide who you become next.
